Refined Wax

Refined Wax is a high-purity, fully refined hydrocarbon processing aid engineered specifically to deliver superior external lubrication, melt control, and surface refinement in demanding polymer compounding and plastics converting operations. Processed to achieve an ultra-low oil content, high degree of linearity, and narrow molecular weight distribution, this wax acts as an exceptional friction reducer between hot polymer melts and metal processing equipment. It prevents resin stickiness, eliminates melt fracture and plate-out on extruder screws and calendar rolls, and lowers motor load, allowing compounders to run at elevated throughput rates with reduced energy consumption.

Refined Wax provides critical wetting and dispersing efficiency in high-load masterbatch production, PVC processing, and technical thermoplastic compounding.
